Shipments and returns

In France and nearly in Morocco, our Vape trucks deliver your products within the day. If you need, you can also check the shop nearest from your point.

In France, 500 shops “Les Pépites de la Vape” joined in order to offer you the best experience for leaving your cigarette and finding the right vape product.

In any case, all products bought from our trucks will be delivered the same day (please check the delay directly with our Vape trucks)

Anywhere else, standard shipments:

From our website, all products bought from Monday to Friday (till 15:30) will be shipped the same day, after these days, they will be shipped the next open day.

Depending on your address, shipment can take around 2 days. If you are hurry, you can ask for an express delivery – just contact our service and we’ll try to find the best solution.

Returns

For any exchange, you have 14 days after the shipment day, to return your product without any loss. All products must stay closed and packed in their original packaging. In case of any doubt, or any use, your product won’t be exchanged. In case of any trouble concerning the product use, you can contact our after sales services.

Exchanges are free, hence if your product stay in its original packaging, you could select any product in our catalog (available products only).
